A deposit secures your reservation. The amount and payment instructions come with your reservation. Complete your deposit within 48 hours of reserving; unconfirmed reservations are released when the confirmation link expires.

Yes. Rachelle LaNae Hair is a private salon suite inside IMAGE Studios. Rachelle is a solo stylist, so there is no waiting room and no other clients during your reservation.

Yes. Curl care includes guidance on products and styling. Bring your current routine so the advice fits your hair and the time you have between visits.
