NO NEED TO WAIT - JUST BOOK! I waited 6 months to switch to a new hair dresser and wish I hadn't! When I finally made an appointment with Rachelle it was the best hair experience! She is knowledgeable, caring, and incredibly detailed in her hair salon services. She knows it all and her salon experience is top notch! She is responsive, too! I found my new hair home!

I didn’t know what or how I wanted my hair but Ms. Rachelle did her thing and it came out amazing the cut and color is absolutely more than I thought it would be I am getting compliments left and right!!!!

It’s scary when you have to find someone new to do your hair, isn’t it? When my previous cosmetologist moved on, I reached out to some friends who referred me to this lovely woman and I’m so glad I did. From the minute she met me at the front door, it was not your usual haircut. It was a luxurious experience. From the tour of the entire salon, to the cucumber and mint in my water, to her listening closely to every word I had to say about my hair, my habits, my routine, and my goals, I felt seen, heard, and pampered. My results are incredible. But Rachelle isn’t just about the hair. She does pride In her craft, but she is also a wizard when it comes to personal connection. I left having made a friend. Rachelle’s work area is extremely clean and tidy. I had hi- lites and I absolutely love them. My hair is salt and pepper so I need frequent color treatments the products used do not dry out my hair. I’ve been seeing Rachelle for about 1 year and I’m thankful I have finally found a hair stylist that knows what she is doing. Requested style Root touch up Hair type Love having the gray roots covered. I have long, thick and course hair. I’m lucky, I have the hair most women envy. The products do not dry out my hair or scalp. The color looks natural and hair is soft to touch. The blow out looks great. The scalp and neck massage during the shampoo is the best.

WHAT AN EXPERIENCE! I went to see Rachelle for extensions consultation. She has an incredible knowledge about curls, she takes her time at educating in a way that is digestible and relatable. Not only she is amazingly talented and creative, but also modest and the sweetest person ever! This was not a consultation or a regular appointment (like I signed up for). This is was an EXPERIENCE #iykyk! . I left loving the products, the process, the knowledge and her 💗

Hadn’t been to a salon in decades due to negative experiences because the stylists didn’t know how to work with my curly hair. I had a wonderful experience with Rachelle! She provided a beautiful silk press service and shared valuable tips and techniques to help me care for my hair and achieve the results I want. Rachelle is a God-send!

I had such a wonderful experience with Rachelle and I can’t recommend her enough. I have very thick, naturally red/auburn hair that tends to get frizzy and heavy, and I’m usually really nervous about getting haircuts because I’ve had bad experiences in the past. Rachelle immediately made me feel comfortable and took the time to really understand my hair and what I wanted. My hair was extremely frizzy and needed a lot of clarifying, and she worked her magic. She removed the buildup, cut off my dead ends, and gave me the most beautiful soft layers while still keeping my length. My hair instantly felt lighter, healthier, and so refreshed. It also lays so much better now and looks cute even with very little styling. What I appreciated most was how thoughtful and careful she was with my hair. I never felt rushed, and she clearly understands how to work with thick hair and texture. I left feeling so happy with the result. I honestly can’t wait to go back to her for my next haircut and styling, which says a lot because I usually avoid getting my hair cut out of fear of it being butchered. If you have thick, frizzy, or difficult hair and want someone you can truly trust, Rachelle is amazing.

I booked a consultation with Rachelle to see about getting IBE extensions. The booking process was fast, but because of Rachelle’s excellent service and return clients calling in, I was placed onto the waitlist. But, even with that brief waitlist slot- Rachelle was able to fit me in to the date and time I preferred. The day of my consultation, I arrived a little early. Rachelle greeted me with the to warmest smile and was eager to give me a tour, to help me find the restroom, and she offered me coffee, tea or ice water. For an hour and 15 minutes, Rachelle “took me to school” on IBE extensions. She answered every question I had thoroughly, while also making sure to highlight why these extensions using this installation technique, was going to be the best way to go for me and my hair. The end of my consultation shouldn’t surprise you- I booked my extension installation appt with Rachelle without hesitation. I have never had extensions of any kind, so I knew that if I was going to finally bless myself with them, I would want someone who knows what they are doing leading the exposition—- that is undeniably Rachelle. I highly recommend Rachelle for ANY hair services. She is knowledgeable, professional, considerate and her heart comes through like Gold.
